Stacey Simmons-Roberts has been employed at the University of the Southern Caribbean for the past forteen years. She is very passionate about Youth in Business, and uses her skills to mentor young people toward developing their own businesses.  She has mentored with the NEDCO, IBIS program - A program developed to deliver training sessions and legal guidelines to budding entrepreneurs.
